Maintenance

Our story

A+ Maintenance started in Nevada with one rule for every job: finish it so well that the person who called it in would grade it A+. Not an A. The plus is the extra step, and it's the part we built the company around.

Facility managers told us the same thing over and over. The repair itself was rarely the hard part. The hard part was chasing vendors: calling to find out if anyone showed up, waiting on invoices with no photos, juggling a different vendor for every trade, and hiring a new company every time a store opened in another state.

So we built A+ Maintenance as a commercial facility solutions company: one partner for every trade, built around the follow-through. One team takes the work order, sends the right technician, and closes the job with photos, notes and an invoice in the same place. We started with sites in Nevada and grew outward into California and Arizona as our customers did.

Today we handle every trade in all three states from our base in Nevada, with the same A+ standard in a Reno strip mall, a Phoenix warehouse or a Los Angeles restaurant.

The story in our logo

The A is the grade we hold every job to. The plus is the extra step: the photos, the notes, the call before you have to ask. It's set into the A because it's part of the work, not added at the end.

The plus ends in a wrench because we're the ones who show up and fix it. We don't just pass work orders along. Our technicians turn the wrench in every trade, from HVAC and plumbing to electrical and roofing.
